Nador to Honor the Memory of Mohamed Boudhan in a Tribute Celebrating His Legacy

The city of Nador is set to host a memorial ceremony in honor of the late Mohamed Boudhan, recognizing his lifelong dedication to Amazigh culture, identity, and human rights.

The event is organized by the Association for Amazigh Identity in partnership with CECODEL and will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at the Nador Cultural Complex, starting at 3:30 PM.

The program will include personal testimonies, reflections, and artistic performances, all highlighting Boudhan’s ideas, his commitment to democracy, and his lasting contribution to Amazigh identity and cultural awareness.

Held under the theme “Mohamed Boudhan: Thought Never Dies, Amazigh Identity Never Fades”, the gathering aims to honor his legacy while revisiting the values he defended throughout his life.

Organizers describe the event as more than a formal tribute. It is seen as a moment of remembrance and reflection on the role of intellectuals in society, and a way of keeping Boudhan’s ideas alive for future generations.
